Everything on Rote that didn't grow here arrived on a boat. Getting the right thing onto that boat — at the right price, undamaged, and actually delivered — is the job. We have the suppliers on the mainland and the hands on the island.
Sourcing & purchasing
You describe it, we find it — in Kupang, Bali or Java. We compare suppliers, negotiate in Bahasa Indonesia, buy on your behalf and send you the receipts.
Building materials
Cement, timber, roofing, tiles, plumbing and electrical fittings for a build or renovation. We coordinate quantities with your builder and time deliveries to the work schedule.
Furniture & household setup
Furnishing a villa from scratch or replacing what the humidity claimed. Beds, appliances, kitchens, water pumps, solar equipment — sourced, shipped and carried up your stairs.
Ferry & cargo logistics
Cargo space booked on the Kupang ferry, goods received at the port, loaded, trucked across the island and delivered to your door. One person responsible end to end.
Spare parts & repairs
A pump impeller, a scooter part, a replacement router — small things that stop everything when they break. We locate the part, get it here, and connect you with the right hands to fit it.
Receiving & storage
Not on the island? We receive your deliveries in Kupang or Ba'a, check them against the order, and store them safely until you arrive. Pairs well with our house sitting service.
